The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts issued a request for information on commercial off-the-shelf technology designed to manage educational and training data for approximately 20K users.
AOUSC seeks to migrate its learning management system database to a cloud platform to simplify enterprise functions and system modifications through an open-architecture framework, the office said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday.
The LMS platform should store information on course offerings for specific programs and jobs; transmit data to and from third-party applications; and deploy reporting tools for learning components such as transcripts, evaluations and class rosters.Â
The office wants a system that would create, display and edit curriculums and programs for various AOUSC roles and organizational areas.
Other system features mentioned in the notice include a single sign-on interface, time zone support features, registration management, mobile accessibility, customizable document processing and system status alerts.
Interested parties can submit responses to the request for information through April 30.
