Maxar Technologies CEO Dan Jablonsky wrote in a blog post published Tuesday the company merged the operations of Radiant Solutions, SSL and DigitalGlobe as part of a restructuring effort aimed to provide leaders with direct authority and facilitate innovation and service delivery.
Tony Frazier, former president of Radiant Solutions and a 2019 Wash100 winner, has been named head of Maxar’s global field operations and will oversee business development, sales, account management and service delivery across the commercial and national security client base, Maxar CEO Dan Jablonsky wrote in a blog post published Tuesday.
Jeff Culwell will be responsible for analytics, information and imagery portfolio as head of product organization, while Megan Fitzgerald will lead the space solutions segment.
Jeff Robertson has been appointed head of internal operations with responsibility over product operations, enterprise technology and cybersecurity and satellite and mission operations.
Walter Scott will continue to serve as chief technology officer at Maxar, while Mike Greenley will continue to lead MDA as an independent business unit.
“This new operating structure will allow us to deliver on our strategic priorities and serve our customers with more integrated offerings in our two focus areas: Earth intelligence and space solutions,†Jablonsky said.
