Justin Oberman, a two-decade finance, infrastructure, policy and transportation strategy veteran, has been named vice president of new markets at Cubic's government relations and strategy group.
He brings two decades of transportation strategy, infrastructure protection, finance and policy experience to his new position and aims to help create new markets, partnerships and revenue sources for the company, Cubic said Wednesday.
Oberman will also work with municipal customers to help them define and address policy priorities in the congestion management, innovation and payment technology areas.
He served as assistant administrator for transportation threat assessment and credentialing at TSA and worked for worked for former Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta on a comprehensive review of Amtrak operations and financial performance.
A Wesleyan University graduate, Oberman currently is a Truman National Security Fellow
