Jacobs Engineering Group will renovate facilities at the Air Force Materiel Command headquarters under a five-year, $40M contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The project will take place at Wright-Patterson AF Base in Ohio and covers renovation work on more than 780K square feet of HQ space, Jacobs said Thursday.
"Our team looks forward to incorporating cybersecurity and sustainable building principles into the design and providing innovative solutions for this phased renovation," said Pankaj Duggal, senior vice president and general manager of Jacobs'Â federal solutions business.
AFMC personnel conduct research, development, acquisition, test and logistics efforts to support warfighter readiness.
