HireVue Gets FedRAMP Clearance for Talent Assessment, Interviewing Platform - top government contractors - best government contracting event

HireVue obtained Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certification to offer government agencies a software suite designed to assess potential job candidates and engage them in the interview process.

The platform includes an assessment tool built to help recruiters identify an applicant core competencies through artificial intelligence, video and game-based exams, HireVue said Tuesday.

According to the company, its offering also employs a tool for recruiting teams to ask pre-scripted questions in a video interview setup.

Kevin Parker, chairman and CEO at HireVue, said the suite hosts nearly 1M interviews within a 90-day period and has supported 10M interviews to date.

The company uses proprietary machine-learning assessment algorithms developed by a team of industrial-organizational psychologists and data scientists for a specific position.

HireVue regularly tests its models for adverse impact in line with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines.
