Crossfuze has established a new division tasked to manage the company’s ServiceNow consulting services for federal customers.

The company said Tuesday its federal services business will operate in Crystal City, Va., and customize ServiceNow-focused approaches and tools designed to help customer agencies address digital transformation objectives.

Craig Coy, CEO of Prosegur USA and Command Security Corp., will join Crossfuze’s board of directors and offer advice to the management team on its government market expansion efforts.

Crossfuze said it has completed more than 1,800 deployments of the cloud computing platform as a ServiceNow Gold Partner.

“We look forward to extending our brand of service excellence to help our federal partners modernize the delivery and management of enterprise services throughout their agencies,” said Chris Howard, president and CEO of Crossfuze.
