Carahsoft to Offer 3CLogic’s Cloud Comm Platform in Public Sector Market

Carahsoft has agreed to distribute 3CLogic's cloud-based communication platform to federal customers via a NASA contracting vehicle under a partnership agreement between the two companies.

Rockville, Md.-based 3CLogic will offer public sector access to its cloud contact center services through the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract, Carahsoft said Monday.

The 3CLogic product is built on Amazon Web Services' cloud technology and designed as an extension of ServiceNow's IT service management platform.

Features include user configuration, contact center portal, computer telephony integration and routing options.

The cloud communication offering is available on Carahsoft’s NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B SEWP V contracts.
