BB&E to Support Air Force Environmental Restoration Program

Northville, Mich.-based consulting firmÂ BB&EÂ has won a potentialÂ $49.4M contract to advise and assist the U.S. Air Force on environment-related operational and tactical activities.

BB&E will provide assistance to various Air Force Civil Engineer Center divisions as part of the military service's Environmental Restoration Program, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The service branch received two offers for theÂ firm-fixed-price contractÂ and will obligate $10.6M in fiscal 2019 Defense Environmental Restoration Account funds at the time of award.

Work will take place atÂ Joint Base San Antonio in Texas through Oct. 10, 2023.
