Northville, Mich.-based consulting firm BB&E has won a potential $49.4M contract to advise and assist the U.S. Air Force on environment-related operational and tactical activities.
BB&E will provide assistance to various Air Force Civil Engineer Center divisions as part of the military service's Environmental Restoration Program, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The service branch received two offers for the firm-fixed-price contract and will obligate $10.6M in fiscal 2019 Defense Environmental Restoration Account funds at the time of award.
Work will take place at Joint Base San Antonio in Texas through Oct. 10, 2023.
