Michael Donnelly, an executive vice president of APTIM and president of its government business, has succeeded Gary Baughman as CEO of the Woodlands, Texas-based company.
Donnelly brings more than 35 years of business development, operational and executive leadership experience to his new role, APTIM said Monday.
His corporate career has included positions at AECOM, Raytheon’s technical services business, URS, EG&G and Lear Siegler Services.
"Over the course of his career, Mike has linked organizational capabilities with government and commercial client objectives to drive transformational growth," said Ramzi Musallam, CEO and managing partner of Veritas Capital and a 2019 Wash100 winner.
Veritas serves as a financial and strategic partner of APTIM.
