Airbus Group' defense and space business and Orbital Insight have introduced a service offering to help customers analyze changes in infrastructure or land use through a satellite imagery basemap.

Earth Monitor is powered by the OneAtlas platform and designed to also recognize multiple vehicles, Airbus said Wednesday.

The change analysis and insights service employs a collection of Living Library images and reactive tasking tools that offer  access to statistical trends, detection maps and analyses.

Orbital Insight incorporated its machine learning and computer vision algorithms into the offering.
