TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 25, 2019 — Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) has named William Noon, a corporate vice president and chief accounting officer, to take the role of chief financial officer in the interim while the company searches for a permanent CFO, GovCon Wire reported Friday.
The company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing posted Wednesday that its board of directors selected Noon to serve concurrently as CAO and acting CFO effective April 15 and succeed Matthew Klein, who will depart as senior vice president and CFO on that day.
