Saviynt has obtained an authority to operate certification under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program to provide an identity governance platform to government clients.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services sponsored the FedRAMP Moderate ATO authorization that puts Saviynt offering on the federal government's cloud computing marketplace, the company said Wednesday.
The product is designed to help customer agencies secure cloud-based infrastructure, data and applications.
Coalfire, a FedRAMP third-party assessment organization, evaluated the platform's data security and governance features as well as Saviynt's internal security standards and approaches.
Saviynt added the certification verifies its compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology and Federal Information Security Management Act requirements.
