Albert Davis, executive vice president of Quantum Vetting, has been promoted to president of the Reston, Va.-based cyber technology services company, G2Xchange ETC reported Wednesday.
He has gained experience in the fraud detection, national security, biometrics, acquisitions and information technology areas during his career in both public and private sectors.
Davis joined Quantum Vetting in 2018 after a six-year career at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, where he previously served as division chief at the agency’s Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate.
At USCIS, he led biometric and biographic screening, vetting and information sharing operations that aimed to address immigration fraud, public safety and national security issues.
During his tenure, the agency received its first real-time immigration-based anti-fraud program that employs automation and expanded biometrics and biographic information.
The U.S. Marine Corps veteran also served as program manager of the Customs and Border Protection’s Secure Border Initiative.
Prior to his career in the federal government, Davis was a manager and senior engineer at Unisys and oversaw the delivery of targeting and analysis systems to CBP.
