Public services platform PayIt has received a $100M investment from New York-based venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners.
The funding would help the platform continue its expansion of footprint and product capabilities, Insight said Thursday.
Ryan Hinkle, managing director at Insight Partners, said PayIt helps government partners and customers save time on transactions and increase efficiency across agencies.
The digital platform streamlines and secures the digital payment process and helps agencies coordinate across web, desktop and mobile systems.
“We're excited to welcome the PayIt team to the Insight family and to embark on this next phase of growth together,†Hinkle said.
John Thomson, founder and CEO of PayIt, said the platform promotes modern, convenient, secure and transparent transactions for the government and customers.
