A joint venture of Leidos and Cardno TEC will provide architectural, engineering and environmental services in support of a U.S. Navy initiative to manage sustainability of its training ranges and operating areas under a five-year, $50M contract.
Cardno TEC-Leidos LLC will provide environmental engineering and military operations expertise to help the service branch increase warfighter readiness as part the Tactical Training Theater Assessment and Planning program, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The contract requires the use of engineering analysis principles and methods.
The Navy provided $10K as a minimum guarantee on the contract. Work will take place at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic sites, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Europe, North Africa and the Carribean through March 2024.
NAVFAC Atlantic's area of responsibility includes Virginia, California, Florida and Washington.
The JV has supported the TAP program over the past five years under a $50M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
