Forcepoint will provide cybersecurity and cross domain technology platforms to the FBI under a potential five-year, $23.5M blanket purchase agreement.
The company said Wednesday it will support the bureau’s enterprise and missiond through the provision of behavioral-based software, hardware and professional services.
The BPA has a one-year base period and four option years.
Sean Berg, senior vice president and general manager for global governments and critical infrastructure at Forcepoint, said the agreement can help accelerate the delivery and deployment of security offerings to the bureau.
FBI aims to increase efficiency of its infrastructure, adopt cloud-based cybersecurity tools, explore new cyber systems and create multiyear cyber sequencing plans.
