The Department of Transportation is looking for potential vendors that can support DOT personnel in enterprise risk management and internal controls assessment efforts.

DOT said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Thursday it aims to procure contractor services to establish, implement and maintain an integrated framework to comply with reporting requirements under the Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act and the Office of Management and Budget's Circular A-123.

Work will include evaluating the effectiveness of the department's ERM and internal control frameworks and systems as well as developing monitoring technology platforms. A potential contractor will also help produce designs, training content, course materials, test plans and sampling techniques for analysis purposes.

The department proposed establishing a potential five-year blanket puchase agreement for the services.

Interested parties can submit responses to the sources sought notice through April 11.
