A Dell business unit has achieved "In Process" designation under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for a unified integrated platform-as-a-service offering.
Dell Boomi said Tuesday it collaborates with the U.S. Agency for International Development in efforts to continuously monitor security controls for the iPaaS Unified Platform as part of the FedRAMP certification process.
The offering is designed to help agencies connect across government channels, devices and platforms in the cloud, as well as manage application and data integration, master data hub and business-to-business/electronic data exchange tasks.
"One of the biggest hurdles to overcome as government agencies are taking on their IT modernization journey, is connecting mission-critical legacy applications with ones that reside on or soon will be migrated to the cloud," Dell Boomi CEO Chris McNabb said.
He added that more than 8.2K customers use the company's technology to connect apps and data.
