Chris Scott, a 22-year cybersecurity and information assurance veteran, has been appointed by the board of directors of Cornerstone Defense as vice president of the Hanover, Md.-based company's cyber sector.
His industry experience included software engineering and project and program management roles at multiple companies, Cornerstone said Monday.
Scott previously held positions at Raytheon, AT&T's government solutions business, Science Applications International Corp. and multiple small businesses that operate in the cyber market.
Cornerstone Defense offers technical support to public sector clients in the areas of cloud architecture, systems and network engineering and security, and application development.
