Assured Information Security has won a five-year, $48.4M contract to provide cyber warfare technologies to the U.S. Air Force. 

The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract provides for the research, development and transition of technologies in support of USAF’s rapid cyber operations, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Work will take place in Rome, N.Y., through March 2024.

The Air Force received two proposals for the contract issued through a competitive acquisition approach.
