Whitney, Bradley & Brown took part in a week-long event to provide aviation training to students at the Goddard School in Herndon, Va.
WBB's Josh Atkinson and Mark Gibson educated children about the use of aircraft in military missions, the company said Tuesday.
The former U.S. Marine Corps aviators also helped students conduct test flights using plastic helicopters and paper airplanes and build a flight simulator system.
The activities were part of the school's science, technology, engineering and math week.
