Navy Picks Seven Firms for $235M Contract to Support Air Traffic & Landing Systems - top government contractors - best government contracting eventTYSONS CORNER, VA, February 19, 2019 — Seven companies have been selected to perform work under a potential $235M contract to provide operations support for the U.S. Navy’s at-sea and at-shore air traffic and landing systems, GovCon Wire reported Thursday.

The Department of Defense said Wednesday the awardees — BAE Systems, Coherent Technical Services, J.F. Taylor, KBRwyle (NYSE: KBR), Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Valkyrie — will offer hardware design, configuration management, training, quality control, project management, logistics, technical and engineering services in support of the Mobile Air Battle management and communication-electronic systems.
