Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce Jim Reagan, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Leidos, has been selected to the 2019 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of the most influential voices in the government contracting arena — for his role and financial expertise to drive significant value and deliver results for the company.

This marks the fourth consecutive Wash100 award for Reagan.

As the EVP and CFO, Reagan oversaw Leidos through a number of important contracts and task orders. For instance, Leidos received a potential five-year, $100M task order in November to help the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration manage security for the agency’s enterprise and cyber operations. Under the task order, the company provides information to help the Commerce Department bureaus make cybersecurity-related decisions.

Simultaneously, the company received a potential 10-year, $118M contract assisting the Defense Department to destroy stockpiles of chemical weapons. Leidos will provide administrative and technical services for the DoD to close demilitarization facilities all over the country.

In 2018, Leidos has also landed another potential five-year, $100M blanket purchase agreement to help the Federal Trade Commission update the agency’s information technology systems and services in December. The company plans to use agile and user-centric design processes to support FTC IT modernization efforts. Leidos will also share its staff, services and technology across those programs.

Also in November, Leidos announced an effort to provide education and training services to help students and workers develop their skills supporting the White House’s Pledge to America’s Workers program. The company is looking to develop apprenticeships, continuing education, on-the-job training and work-based education for over 2,000 recipients over the next five years.

In his role as EVP and CFO of Leidos, Reagan oversees all financial activities for the company. Reagan joined the company in June 2015 and has been in his current role for almost four years.

Between 2008 and 2015, Reagan served as the senior vice president and CFO for Vencore, PAE and Vangent. Prior to that, he served as the executive vice president and CFO of Deltek for three years, Aspect Communications for one year and AMS for two years.

In 1987, Reagan earned a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola College in Baltimore. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Six-time Wash100 award winner Roger Krone, chairman and CEO of Leidos, described Reagan as a great asset to the company as well as an accomplished CFO and a “proven leader who brings significant financial and operational expertise to the company.”

Executive Mosaic congratulates Jim Reagan for receiving this award.
