Jeffrey Fitzgerald, a more than 22-year veteran of Jacobs Engineering Group, has joined Woolpert as managing director for the strategic consulting practice.
He previously served as operaions manager and executive director of Jacobs'Â LeighFisher subsidiary, Woolpert said Tuesday.
Fitzgerald said he wants to contribute to the development of planning and management services to support Woolpert’s vertical markets such as energy, transportation, facilities, water and aviation. He added the architecture, engineering and geospatial company collects to help clients make business decisions and manage assets.
He holds a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas Tech University and a doctorate in geopgraphy from Texas A&M University.
