The General Services Administration is seeking feedback from industry on the solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria for the agency’s CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation blanket purchase agreement, G2Xchange ETC reported Monday.
GSA intends to hold one-on-one meetings with potential vendors to discuss the acquisition process for the COMET BPA. The agency wants interested vendors to describe how they would deliver agile information technology development services and platforms.
Responses to the solicitation should also include information on how vendors plan to address challenges and risks that may arise in the program.
The draft request for proposals posted Thursday on FedBizOpps seeks input from bidders that could provide architecture, engineering and advisory support as well as application maintenance, enhancement and transformation services.
The agency plans to award five to seven positions on the COMET procurement vehicle.
