Adam Sheipe, formerly a vice president and head of corporate development at CSRA, has joined Wolf Den Associates as a VP responsible for the McLean, Va.-based consulting firm’s corporate development and buy-side merger-and-acquisitions practice.
His nearly two-decade industry career encompasses finance, corporate development, investment, acquisition and divestiture of aerospace, defense, government services and commercial technology businesses, Wolf Den Associates said Wednesday.
He previously served as director of global M&A at Computer Sciences Corp., which spun out its North American public sector business in late 2015. The unit merged with SRA International to form CSRA shortly after the spinoff. CSRA was acquired by General Dynamics last year through a $9.7B deal.
Wolf Den Associates offers buy-side support, capture and proposal, market research and intelligence and strategy and management consulting services to federal contractors.
