Frank Anstett, a nearly 23-year federal civilian market veteran, has been named president of Arlington, Va.-based information technology company Development InfoStructure.
He previously served as vice president of Vencore's civilian and homeland security business and led a business unit at Perspecta, which emerged in May last year through the merger of DXC Technology's U.S. public sector business, Vencore and KeyPoint Government Solutions.
Anstett also worked as a VP and principal technical director at General Dynamics' IT business. Before that, he spent nearly 11 years at Raytheon and managed its capture and service delivery efforts within the federal civilian sector.
Devis is a minority woman-owned company that offers IT consulting services to the U.S. government as well as the foreign assistance community.
