David Doherty, a more than 25-year government services veteran, has been named vice president of business development for TechFlow’s mission support subsidiary.
Anthony Aquino, president of TechFlow Mission Support, said in a statement published Wednesday Doherty has worked with the company as a consultant over the past 18 months and will support growth and bidding efforts across the organization.
Doherty co-founded Strategy to Win Consulting Group, which has assisted clients in more than 200 government contract pursuits since the consulting firm's inception in April 2014.
He previously held leadership positions at DynCorp, Raytheon, Aequus Strategy Group, Serco's U.S. arm, BearingPoint and Science Applications International Corp. His career began at the U.S. Public Health Service as a requirements analyst.
