A new company formed through the merger of technology firm ByteCubed and creative agency CHIEF officially launched Tuesday as U.Group.

U.Group CEO Lena Trudeau said in a statement published Tuesday the newly created technology and creative design firm will use research and analysis to build custom technical and creative platforms designed to meet organizations’ specific requirements.

“We’ve combined complex capabilities to create something totally new, and you—our customers, clients, and partners—are at the center of that,” she added.

U.Group has over 280 employees who will leverage data science, engineering and creative design capabilities to deliver customer-centric technical platforms to clients in government and commercial spaces through its offices in Washington, D.C., Arlington, Va., and Portland, Ore.
