Booz Allen Hamilton has signed an agreement with JBG Smith to expand and renew its lease on an office space located at the Crystal City area in Northern Virginia.

The defense firm said Thursday it will occupy an 84K-square-foot space at 1550 Crystal Drive within the National Landing neighborhood’s central district retail development by September.

The retail complex spans 109K square feet and is currently under construction.

Deane Edelman, vice president of real estate at Booz Allen, said the expansion and lease renewal reflects the company's commitment to maintaining its presence in the National Landing area’s established yet growing market.
