URS Group, an AECOM subsidiary, has received a $21M modification to a task order for a range of repair services at Naval Support Activity Panama City, Fla.
The company performs the order under a multiple award construction contract that aims to alleviate damages from Hurricane Michael, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work under the task order includes interior removal, roof replacement and decking, roofing material cleanup, rooftop tarping and repairs for damaged architecture, structure, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, fire safety and electrical systems.
The modification brings the base task order's cumulative value up to $42.5M, and will expire as the current fiscal year ends.
