Managed mobility services contractor WidePoint has moved its headquarters from McLean, Va., to a Fairfax site as part of the company’s long-term strategy.
WidePoint said Monday it seeks to facilitate communication between departments and offers space for personnel to develop product offerings for government and enterprise customers through the new corporate office.
“For the past year and a half, we’ve been working diligently to consolidate departments in order to increase our operational efficiency, and this relocation is an important milestone in that process,†said Jin Kang, CEO and president at WidePoint.
Kang added the facility allows the company to conduct cross-selling efforts across multiple business sectors and encourage project collaborations across the organization.
WidePoint maintains a portfolio of technology-based telecom, mobile, access and identity management services.
