Washington Headquarters Services has awarded Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory an $8.5M cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to evaluate and develop alternatives of multidomain offensive tools.

Contract work is scheduled to run through Dec. 29 and will take place in the National Capital Region.

WHS will obligate $350K in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance; $100K in fiscal 2019 research, development, test and evaluation; and $8.1M in fiscal 2018 R&D and evaluation funds at the time of award.
