The U.S. Air Force plans to award a contract to General Atomics for research, development and test efforts to advance multidomain sensor technologies.
The contractor would combine different sensor applications to produce multi-intelligence systems for command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance uses, USAF said Tuesday in a FedBizOpps notice.
The Air Force Research Laboratory is seeking sensor systems that would function in land, maritime, air and cyber domains.
Work under the contract would include R&D, modeling, simulation, experimentation, testing, demonstrations and analysis to produce combined sensor systems.
Firms interested to take part in the effort may submit proposals through Feb. 8.
