Rob Snyder, formerly director of capture management at CGI Federal, has joined General Dynamics’ information technology business as senior director of capture, G2Xchange reported Thursday.

He will direct initiatives to pursue new IT-related business opportunities in the federal civilian agency market.

Snyder brings to the role his decades of experience in capture management, business and corporate development in support of defense and civilian agencies and industry clients.

He has served as CEO of Masters Radio since 2016 and held senior leadership roles at tech companies including Harris, Intelligent Decisions and CSSI.
