Joe Lombardozzi, Roy Fleischer and Ellen Evans have joined the business development team of Easton, Md.-based government program quality management services contractor Qlarant.
Qlarant said Friday Lombardozzi, formerly vice president of business growth at IBM‘s Truven Health Analytics subsidiary, will serve as VP for sales and business development.
He spent nearly 17 years at CGI‘s federal business and eight years at Thomson Reuters.
Fleischer, a three-decade public and private sector analytics veteran, will serve as director of sales and development.
He joins Qlarant after he previously worked at SAS‘s federal arm, where he led support services for the Department of Health and Human Services and the Social Security Administration.
Ellen Evans, former clinical director of telemedicine at Washington, D.C.-based Mary’s Center, will be director of sales and business development.
