F5 Networks has added Gainsight CEO Nick Mehta and UiPath Chief Financial Officer Marie Myers as members of the Seattle-based application delivery networking technology provider’s board of directors.

Their appointments bring F5’s member count to 12, including 10 independent directors, the company said Wednesday.

Mehta currently oversees a company that specializes in software as a service, an approach that he also supports as a general partner with California-based accelerator organization Acceleprise. He previously led LiveOffice as CEO and worked in product management and engineering leadership positions at Symantec.

Before UiPath, Myers served as global controller and vice president of finance for the personal systems group at HP. She currently is President Emeritus of the Alliance for Gray Market and Counterfeit Abatement.
