Modern Technology Solutions Inc. has received an International Organization for Standardization certificate for the engineering and technology services contractor’s approach to manage business process.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification recognizes the company for ensuring customer satisfaction through risk-based performance, continuous system improvement and compliance with regulations in efforts to serve commercial and federal clients such as the Department of Defense and intelligence community, MTSI said Monday.

“Reaching this milestone was more than just receiving a certificate, it was validation that business processes have been evaluated by an objective third party, Quality Systems Registrars, and deemed compliant with the requirements in the ISO 9001:2015 standard.” said Kevin Robinson, president and CEO of MTSI.

The standard also covers the oversight and provisioning of enterprise processes to employ qualified talent as well as resources in support of public and private sector customers.
