Microsoft is offering its questionnaire tool to government users to help the public sector solicit input, gather customer feedback and manage activities.
The Microsoft Form online application, now available via Office 365 U.S. Government, allows users to create surveys, polls and other forms of questionnaire documents, Anqi Du, program manager at Microsoft, said in a blog entry posted Tuesday.
The online app can be used on any browser and features built-in automatic charts based on real time data.
Microsoft Form allows question branching, supports Likert scales, provides customization options and accommodates up to 50K responses per form.
The software company built the app with enterprise-level security and in compliance with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
