Ibis Tek and O’Gara Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring have won spots on a potential five-year, $49.5M contract to produce turret systems and hardware kits forU.S. Army armored vehicles.
The two companies will also supply spare parts and platform integration kits through the firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work is slated to conclude on Jan. 23, 2024, and the military service will provide funds and location details upon issuance of task orders.
Army Contracting Command received 14 proposals for the contract via a competitive procurement.
