Beth Beach: PAE ISR's Unmanned Aircraft Platform Offers 'Mission Flexibility' - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Beth Beach, vice president of business development at PAE ISR, has said the company-built Resolute Eagle unmanned aerial system has the potential to support expeditionary forces and complement military platforms, C4ISNET reported Wednesday.

She told C4ISRNET in an interview the vehicle’s reconfigurable design, ground support equipment needs and payload capacity offers mission flexibility.

Beach made the remarks as the U.S. Army explores a range of UAS offerings that can potentially replace the service branch’s Shadow platform under the Future Tactical UAS program, the report noted.

Resolute Eagle has a fixed-wing and a vertical takeoff-and-landing variant, which logged an endurance flight time of 12 hours, and uses Persistent SystemsMPU5 Wave Relay ad hoc networking technology.

PAE ISR is among the four companies selected for a $1.73B contract in June 2017 to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance services to the U.S. Navy.
