The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a request for information on potential sources of geotechnical-focused engineering, investigation and design services for dam and levee safety programs managed by USACE's South Pacific division.
In a FedBizOpps notice posted Friday, USACE said it looks to award three $30M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts and two $10M small business set-aside contracts for design and risk assessment efforts covering floodwalls, dams, levees, spillways, mechanical gate and hydraulic flow control structures.
The proposed contracts will have an ordering period of five years and task orders may include repair, construction and maintenance services.
Interested A-E firms can respond to the RFI notice through Feb. 5.
USACE will require selected contractors to secure a Department of Defense-certified cost accounting system.
