The Great Place to Work institute has granted Whitney Bradley & Brown a “Great Workplace” designation for the second consecutive year.

WBB said Tuesday 99 percent of employees surveyed view their workplace with great pride, while 98 percent report the company has great work atmosphere, bosses and communication.

“We value our employees’ feedback and provide an environment that shows we care for their personal and professional welfare,” said Beth Skoletsky, vice president of human resources at WBB.

Skoletsky added the certification reflects the company’s culture to empower its workforce “through engagement and collaboration with a commitment to fostering personal, professional and corporate growth.”
