Viqtory, a veteran-owned recruitment marketing firm, has included Vectrus in its list of Military Friendly Employers for 2019.
Vectrus said Friday the list seeks to recognize the company’s efforts to hire and retain retired military personnel seeking employment in the civilian sector.
“Vectrus is proud to once again earn the designation of Military Friendly employer,” said Frank Peloso, a senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Vectrus.
Peloso noted that Vectrus has been recognized by Viqtory since 2014 for efforts to employ veterans and their spouses.
An advisory team of independent leaders evaluated potential Military Friendly companies based on the firms’ survey scores and performance across several criteria such as employee turnover, promotion and new hire retention.
More than 200 firms took part in the 2019 Military Friendly Employer survey.
