Raytheon Gets Follow-On USAF Contract for Anti-Radiation Missile Targeting System Support - top government contractors - best government contracting eventRaytheon has received an $18.7M follow-on contract from U.S. Air Force to provide logistics support for a targeting system used to counter sophisticated radar threats.

The company will perform depot repair and sustaining engineering work on the High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile targeting system, the Defense Department said Friday.

The contract has a one-year base period that runs through Nov. 30, followed by three option years.

The Air Force will obligate the full contract amount at the time of award from its fiscal year 2019 operations and maintenance funds.

Raytheon developed AGM-88 HARM with the U.S. Navy and is working to update the system’s control section to include a GPS receiver and a new inertial measurement unit.
