Glenn Davidson, former executive director of enterprise services at the Commerce Department, has joined the government and public services practice of Deloitte’s consulting business as human capital transformation executive.
He will work with federal and state government clients to help them transform their agencies’ workforce strategy, human resource operations and employee experience, Deloitte said Monday.
Sean Morris, a principal at Deloitte Consulting, said Davidson possesses an ability to engage people, leverage technology and manage processes to support public sector transformation initiatives.
“As technology continues to rapidly evolve and change how work gets done, having someone of Glenn’s strong track record – working for and with government – will be beneficial to our clients,†Morris added.
Davidson has led the Commerce Department’s shared services in the HR, information technology and procurement areas and held senior-level positions at Accenture‘s federal services arm, KPMG and Viatel.
Davidson currently is chairman of the board of trustees at the Science Museum of Virginia.
