Three Firms Awarded Spots on EPA Zone 3 Technical Support Contract - top government contractors - best government contracting eventBooz Allen Hamilton, Eastern Research Group and Toeroek Associates have secured positions on a potential five-year, $30M contract to provide technical support services for the Environmental Protection Agency.

The companies will support the agency’s environmental activities and coordinated efforts with state governments, tribes and other federal agencies within the EPA Zone 3, according to a FedBizOpps notice published Monday.

EPA awarded the multiple-award contract as a full-and-open track of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Enforcement, Permitting and Assistance 6 program.

The RCRA program aims to help reduce threats of hazardous waste disposal and promote waste recycling and recovery.

Tasks under REPA 6 program include technical reviews and analysis support; field oversight, inspection, sampling and data review; enforcement negotiation and expert witness support; records and data management services; training, conference and public involvement services; and special initiatives, studies and program support.

Zone 3 covers EPA regions 2, 7, 9 and 10.
