Veteran-owned recruitment marketing firm Viqtory has included information technology and professional services provider NCI Information Systems to its list of Military Friendly Employers for 2019.
NCI said Tuesday that Viqtory selected military-friendly companies by conducting assessments on new hire retention, employee turnover, promotion, and advancement of veterans and military employees.
Viqtory combined its workplace evaluation with public and proprietary survey information in order to determine the final ratings.
Paul Dillahay, NCI’s president and CEO, said 30 percent of the company’s workforce comprised military veterans and reservists.
The 2019 Military Friendly Employers will be featured in G.I. Jobs magazine’s December issue, the Military Spouse Magazine’s January 2019 issue and MilitaryFriendly.com.
