Marc Zigo, formerly vice president of business development at Evoke Research and Consulting, has been promoted to chief operating officer of the Arlington, Va.-based program management services contractor.
Evoke said Monday Zigo will oversee the company’s overall financial and business performance in addition to his current responsibility of managing strategic growth efforts.
He will also manage technology development, marketing. communications, employee growth and development, customer relations and program management functions in his new role.
Jim Loreto, an Evoke managing partner, said the Zigo will help drive the company’s strategy to expand offerings and customer base across the public sector market.
Zigo’s more than two-decade career has included management of business and technology programs in the federal services, legal and commercial sectors.
He is a member of the Industry Advisory Council and American Council for Technology, as well as serves on Professional Services Council and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association committees.
