Arlington, Va.-based talent management platforms provider PDRI will conceptualize and manage a cybersecurity workforce assessment initiative for the Department of Homeland Security under a multimillion-dollar award.
The company said Tuesday it will work with subcontractor partners IBM‘s talent management solutions business, Booz Allen Hamilton and Human Resources Research Organization on the contract.
PDRI will provide DHS with proficiency assessments to help the agency evaluate skills of candidates for cybersecurity roles, offer pay setting support to retain cyber professionals and assist in employee development efforts.
PDRI CEO Elaine Pulakos said the company will help DHS hire and retain employees for cybersecurity positions through the contract.
